Kellie Chiarolanza is a seasoned nurse leader with nearly 30 years of experience and a passion for compassionate, high-quality hospice care. As Executive Director and DPCS at Geiss Med Hospice, she leads both clinical and operational efforts—ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring teams, and driving excellence through a robust, data-driven QAPI program.

Kellie’s career spans critical care, long-term acute care, and outpatient leadership, including prior roles as CNO and Onsite Administrator. She holds a Master’s in Nursing Education from Excelsior College and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN).

She chose hospice for its deeply human focus and considers it a calling to support patients and families with empathy and grace. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, travel, fishing, and caring for her cocker spaniels and backyard chickens.

With over 26 years of nursing experience, Carol brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. She spent 21 years caring for newborns in the NICU, followed by 5 years in hospice, where she now walks alongside patients and families during life’s most sacred moments. Carol's background also includes psychiatric and emergency medicine, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care.

For Carol, nursing is a calling, not just a career. She is especially passionate about delivering care that is not only intuitive but deeply respectful of each individual’s dignity, emotional well-being, and humanity.
